Science and Technology Park in Novi Sad Phase I

The Public Enterprise also managed the construction of the first phase of the Science and Technology Park in Novi Sad, which is part of the University of Novi Sad campus. This phase includes the construction of a laboratory for the Department of Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad. The total value of the investment for the facility, with a gross area of 2,144 square meters, is 1,883,524 euros, comprising a loan of 1,381,977 euros and a contribution from the Republic of Serbia of 501,547 euros.

The concept of the park is to support small incubator businesses focused on developing ideas and their technological applications. This park includes shared services such as financial, legal, and building maintenance services, as well as meeting rooms, a reception area, and other common auxiliary spaces.
