Science and Technology Park Zvezdara

The Science and Technology Park Zvezdara is designed to support small incubator businesses that develop new technological ideas and apply them in the market. It is built on the edge of Zvezdara Forest, beneath the area of the Mihajlo Pupin Institute buildings, covering a total area of 21 hectares.

The construction works for the Science and Technology Park, with a total gross area of 16,446 square meters, included the building itself as well as external works such as connections to the district heating, water, sewage, power, and low-voltage electricity systems, roadways, lighting, landscaping, and parking. The investment value for the Science and Technology Park is 18,300,621 euros, comprising a loan of 14,392,403 euros and a contribution from the Republic of Serbia amounting to 3,908,189 euros.

The facility is intended to provide infrastructural support to newly established companies based on innovations derived from scientific research.
