Central Building of the University of Novi Sad
The construction of the Central Building of the University of Novi Sad is the first project of the Public Enterprise. The ground floor of the Central Building includes an auditorium, a multifunctional hall, a university club, a Central Library, and offices for the student parliament.
On the first floor, there is a conference hall, an Information Technology Center, and spaces for the central university services. The second floor houses various university offices, including the offices of the rector and vice-rectors. The third floor is used by the AP Vojvodina for the operations of various agencies, services, and units of common interest for the development of science, education, and international cooperation in these areas.
The Central Building of the University of Novi Sad is the administrative center of the Novi Sad University, with a gross area of 8,199 square meters. The value of the investment is 7,436,404 euros, consisting of a loan worth 3,065,217 euros and a contribution from the Republic of Serbia amounting to 4,371,187 euros.
