Beograd"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ugovor o projektovanju i izgradnji monta\u017enih ku\u0107a u okviru \u010detvrtog potprojekta Regionalnog stambenog programa za trajno re\u0161avanje stambenih potreba izbeglih lica u Republici Srbiji, potpisali su direktor \u201eJUP Istra\u017eivanje i razvoj\u201c d.o.o. Beograd prof. dr Goran Kvrgi\u0107 i direktor \u201eStandard invest group\u201c d.o.o. Beograd, Branko Borisavljevi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrednost potpisanog ugovora za partiju 1 iznosi 13.399.894,40 dinara bez PDV-a, za partiju 2 vrednost ugovora je 23.235.632,00 dinara bez PDV-a, dok je vrednost lota 3 19.478.617,60 dinara bez PDV-a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U okviru drugog potprojekta planirano je projektovanje i izgradnja prefabrikovanih (monta\u017enih) ku\u0107a i to za lot 1 u op\u0161tinama Ba\u010dki Petrovac, Titel, In\u0111ija, za lot 2 u op\u0161tinama i gradovima \u0106i\u0107evac, Despotovac, Ivanjica, Kru\u0161evac, Para\u0107in, Priboj, Sokobanja, Svrljig, Ra\u0161ka, i za lot 3 u slede\u0107im op\u0161tinama Gornji Milanovac, Lajkovac, Mionica, Po\u017earevac, Smederevo, Topola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regionalni program stambenog zbrinjavanja se sprovodi na teritoriji Republike Srbije, a sastoji se iz dodele gra\u0111evinskog materijala porodicama koje su se kvalifikovale za program, kupovine seoskih doma\u0107instva, izgradnje stanova i kupovine monta\u017enih ku\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"850\" height=\"638\" src=\"https:\/\/dev.piu.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/341-full-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/piu.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/341-full-3.jpg 850w, https:\/\/piu.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/341-full-3-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/piu.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/341-full-3-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ugovor o projektovanju i izgradnji monta\u017enih ku\u0107a u okviru \u010detvrtog potprojekta Regionalnog stambenog programa za trajno re\u0161avanje stambenih potreba izbeglih lica u Republici Srbiji, potpisali su direktor \u201eJUP Istra\u017eivanje i razvoj\u201c d.o.o.
