And they did.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event in Smederevo was attended by State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nemanja Starovi\u0107, Deputy Mayor of Smederevo Marija Markovic Stavri\u0107, representative of the Delegation of the European Union to Serbia Leoneta Pajer, Director of the Public Sector Projects Implementation Unit Du\u0161an Kova\u010devi\u0107 and Commissioner for Refugees and Migration Vladimir Cuci\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"850\" height=\"638\" src=\"https:\/\/dev.piu.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/548-full-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-733\" srcset=\"https:\/\/piu.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/548-full-4.jpg 850w, https:\/\/piu.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/548-full-4-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/piu.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/548-full-4-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Your life was not easy at all, and although you encountered many obstacles in life, you did not give up.
