The contract for the construction of 36 residential units in Pan\u010devo was signed by the Acting General Menager of the Public Sector Projects Implementation Unit Ltd. Belgrade, Du\u0161an Kova\u010devi\u0107 and Vukajlo Babi\u0107 on behalf of the Group of Bidders Inoba\u010dka d.o.o. Novi Sad and \"NS In\u017eenjering\" d.o.o. Novi Sad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The construction of apartments in Pan\u010devo is part of the ninth sub-project of the Regional Housing Program, and the apartments are intended for refugee families from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. residing in the territory of the City of Pan\u010devo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The value of the contracted works on the construction of 36 residential units is about 1,507,271 euros including VAT. Work on the construction of the housing units is expected to begin in April of this year. The deadline for completion of construction is 320 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the Regional Housing Program, another 48 apartments have been built in Pan\u010devo, and the occupancy of these apartments is planned by the end of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the Regional Housing Programme is permanent housing for the most vulnerable refugee families from the former Yugoslavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Regional Housing Programme is implemented with the support of the OSCE, UNHCR and the Council of Europe Development Bank, and is financed by the European Union, which is the largest donor, the United States, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, Italy, Denmark, Turkey, Luxembourg, Spain, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
