Apartments for young scientists – Block 32, Belgrade
The first building with 162 apartments was occupied in 2004, the second with 134 apartments was occupied in 2008. In 2015, the housing issue of the remaining 134 families was resolved when the third building in the University Settlement in Block 32 in New Belgrade was moved into. The total gross area of the building is 19,301 m², while the value of the investment is 13,790,120 euros, from the loan 8,484,952 euros and the contribution of the Republic of Serbia 5,305,168 euros.
The project for the construction of apartments for scientists was financed by loans from the Development Bank of the Council of Europe. JUP managed the project and performed expert supervision.
