Science and Technology Park in Novi Sad, Phase II
The Science and Technology Park in Novi Sad was opened on January 29, 2020. The Public Enterprise managed the construction of the project. This is also the largest facility overseen by the Public Enterprise, which handled both the project management and professional supervision.
The constructed facility has a gross area of 31,345 square meters. On 10,000 square meters, 3,000 students and 400 professors, associate professors, and assistants from the Faculty of Technical Sciences have access to state-of-the-art working conditions.
The construction of the Science and Technology Park is part of the Research and Development project. The construction of Phase II/1 is financed by a loan from the European Investment Bank and funds from the University of Novi Sad - Faculty of Technical Sciences.
The Science and Technology Park is a joint project of the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Provincial Government, with the support of the City of Novi Sad and the Faculty of Technical Sciences.
Science and Technology Park in Novi Sad, Phase II/2a
Execution of construction and construction-craft works to bring part of the facility and the garage of the Technology Park in Novi Sad to functional condition. The total value of the construction for Phase II and II/2a is 23,635,518 euros.
